An Path Less Travelled for Cancer Healing

Hafzath was no stranger to cancer. Having lost her mother to blood cancer, she had witnessed first-hand the gruelling toll that allopathic healing methods such as chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, could take on a person. The pain, exhaustion, and uncertainty that came with these methods haunted her since then. Faced with the terrifying reality of her cancer diagnosis, she had to make a bold and unconventional choice; “homoeopathy that would define my journey ahead”.

This is her story—a testament to the power of homoeopathy, the triumph of divine healing, and the undeniable strength of the human spirit. Against all odds, Hafzath reclaimed her health through an effective homoeopathic course extended by MCCI-Manakkal Centre for Cancer and Incurables. The story of MCCI unfolds from a visionary dream of the founder Dr Ahamad Idris Hidayathullah to extend unparalleled healing to all grappling with various ailments.

When Hafzath needed something gentler “my mind echoed the name Dr Hidayathullah, then quickly I decided to move with homeopathy”. While some family members urged me to follow the ‘systematic and scientific’ path of chemotherapy and radiation from a renowned hospital for cancer care because ‘we are dealing with cancer not cold or mild-cough’. Though I couldn’t shake the memories of the suffering I had witnessed. There- in ‘best allopathic hospitals’ she knows- the doctors recommend starting with ‘chemotherapy, radiation and surgery’ running after another that will be ended at ‘another nightmare for me’ consequently she refused it humbly.
From the moment she stepped in to his door, felt a wave of reassurance with his usual calm word “let’s make it happen, it will be ok.” The words instilled her with courage and reassurance and marked the beginning of a journey that would demand all my resilience. ‘I know him as a successful homeopath, has over twenty years of experience, cured many deserted cases.’ Moreover in homoeopathy ‘No radiation, No chemotherapy and No surgery’ for cancer care, which was more soothing to her. Because, she had seen others in her family including her mother with cancer, endured extensive treatments without achieving a complete cure.

Where did it all start?

When Hafzath first noticed the sudden and inexplicable weight loss of nearly 10–14 kg along with a lingering fatigue, and a persistent discomfort in the chest that whispered of something deeper. At 54, she never imagined such a journey that lay ahead. A CT scan soon confirmed her fears; ‘a small but ominous mass, 7.4 x 1.5 mm, in the lower lobe of her lung’. The words on the report seemed distant, almost unreal, until her allopathic doctor explained the gravity of her condition. It carried a stage-2 lung cancer already metastasised to other parts of the body. Fear gripped her mind as she thought of the suffering of allopathic treatments that might bring along with this ‘deadly disease.’

She swiftly realised that it was a journey that would test her spirit and challenge her faith. In the face of overwhelming odds, she was brave enough to select a gentle, painless, and side-effect-free treatment by rejecting all the rumours and scepticism surrounding to homoeopathy while dealing with cancer and that would become her beacon of hope. This is her story that reveals the power of homoeopathy and the triumph of the miraculous divine healing over adversity. Her journey was one of resilience, faith, and the unwavering belief that there other ways also possible to reclaim health.

Understanding Stage 2 Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is one of the most serious and life-threatening malignancies, often progressing silently before manifesting noticeable symptoms. In her case, the finding indicated the presence of Stage 2 lung cancer, which is classified into different stages in allopathic system based on the size of the tumour and the extent of its spread.
Stage 2 lung cancer signifies that the cancer has grown beyond a small, localized tumour but has not yet spread extensively. This stage is often subdivided into Stage 2A and Stage 2B, depending on factors such as tumour size, lymph node involvement, and the presence of cancer in nearby structures.
In this case, the cancer had begun to show signs of metastasis, meaning it was no longer confined solely to the lung. This progression is particularly alarming because lung cancer has a notorious tendency to spread to other vital organs such as the brain, liver and bones if left untreated. Yet, what made it even more daunting was the realization that she had been living with this disease, unaware, as it quietly advanced.

For Hafzath, the treatment was more than a medical term as it was a turning point that reshaped her entire reality. It meant grappling with the fear of the unknown, the burden of critical decisions, and the hope for a treatment that could offer healing without stripping away her quality of life.

Test of Endurance and Triumph

The first few months were a test of endurance. When the medication started, the swelling lymph nodes in the body and painful bulging lumps on the head were alarming. For a while, she even lost the ability to open her eyes. She was rushed to his hospital and administered some medicines followed by a thorough examination. A miracle happened to me in the case of eyes. After taking a particular dose, she suddenly felt relief, her closed eyes opened on the way itself returning from the hospital and rest gradually gained momentum within days. Though she was confined to room for nearly four months, she felt isolated and vulnerable, her world reduced to the four walls around her. But even in those struggling moments, she held onto the God and relied on the careful administration of homoeopathic remedies, trusting in the profound healing power.

Over the next one and a half years, she followed her treatment with unwavering discipline, even when progress felt slow or invisible. Gradually, her body began to respond. Her breathing, once laboured and shallow, improved steadily. The fatigue that had weighed her down began to lift, and her strength returned, progressively.
Then came the moment after some months that made it all worthwhile. Follow-up scans revealed no lesions or masses in her lungs. Against all odds, she had defied the expectations placed upon her. The cancer that had once threatened to consume her life was gone! For Hafzath, it wasn’t just a medical victory—it was a triumph of faith and the power of choosing a path less travelled.

How life goes on…

Life, as she discovered, has a way of moving forward, even after the hardest battles. Today, her cancer is no longer a looming shadow over her life though her diabetes levels were still high and was a serious concern to her. The doctor smiled at her and said, ‘I hadn’t focus on your diabetes yet that I noticed, because the cancer was the more immediate threat. Now we’ve tackled that, it’s time to focus on curbing your diabetes down.’ It was a reminder that healing is often a layered process, one step at a time. She now manages diabetes, another health challenge, but one she faces with the same determination and hope.

Her triumph over lung cancer has only deepened her belief in the power of homoeopathy. She now understands that when life presents multiple hurdles, it is possible to overcome them with courage, patience, and the right medical intervention. With heartfelt gratitude, she first and foremost expresses thanks to the God and then Dr Hidayathullah her homoeopathic doctor, whose expertise and guidance led her through this extraordinary healing journey without the need for surgery. Her story is a beacon of hope, a testament that life goes on with the possibility of healing and renewal. Through her journey, she hopes to inspire others to keep an open mind toward homoeopathy and knowing that healing is possible in many forms.

Healing is Possible in many Forms

She understands the fear that come with a cancer diagnosis—the painful nights, uncertain future and financial burden. But she also knows the strength, hope, and empowerment that come from making an intelligent, right choice that aligns with one’s beliefs and vision of healing. For her, that choice was homoeopathy—a path that not only protected her physically but also spared her the financial and emotional toll of conventional treatments.

Her message to others facing a similar battle is that “Do not be afraid, choose bravely, homoeopathy is a path worth considering.” She is a living proof that homoeopathy extends far beyond ‘treating colds and mild coughs’—it holds the potential for profound healing for the so called ‘incurable diseases’. Her journey is a testament to its power, offering a gentle yet effective alternative to the often painful and prohibitively expensive allopathic treatments.

‘I strongly encourages others to look beyond the misinformation and rumours surrounding homoeopathy.’

With unwavering conviction,

‘I testifies to its remarkable ability to heal.’

For anyone standing at a crossroads, her words are a reminder: homoeopathic healing is possible. At MCCI, we welcome all, facing similar health challenges providing a haven of hope. MCCI pledges to redefine the concept of healing by pushing the boundaries of homoeopathy beyond conventional methods.
